How to avoid possible defects such as bubbles and short materials through mold design?

Defects such as cheongsam and short materials often occur during the molding process of high-precision lightweight injection cages. In order to avoid these problems, we consider multiple aspects during mold design to improve mold performance and greatly reduce the above problems.
In mold design, we carefully consider the layout and design of the ventilation system to ensure that gas can be effectively discharged during the injection process and reduce the generation of bubbles. Reasonably design the distribution and number of ventilation holes, especially in thick-walled areas.
In order to minimize the possibility of plastic stagnation during the molding process to reduce the generation of bubbles and short materials, we avoid closed spaces and dead angle designs, and at the same time we optimize the cooling system to ensure the uniformity of the mold temperature, especially the mold The temperature of the thin-walled and thick-walled parts is balanced to prevent the plastic from forming bubbles due to too rapid cooling during the flow process.
We have designed a reasonable gate structure in the mold to ensure that the plastic enters the mold smoothly and prevents bubbles or short material. Consider gate location and shape to reduce turbulence of the plastic as it enters the mold.
